Your items will be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of your order. We use a reliable courier service that provides online tracking, allowing you to track your shipment. Our courier service makes every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if delays occur due to inclement weather or traffic problems.

Shipping is free for orders over €49.00. For lower amounts, the cost is €7.90
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to return a product purchased online, please email customercare@gyadacosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Prepare the package with the products you intend to return. Attention: the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging. Ship the package with the courier of your choice to the following address:
